Main Purpose of Job
As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the National Operations Manager will report to the Global Retail Director and assume a hands-on role in managing the operations of the various sites across the UK. The National Operations Manager`s primary responsibility will be to maximise revenues and to ensure continuous improvements to the guest experience. The National Operations Manager will also have day to day responsibility for managing, leading, coaching and inspiring the teams on-site to create a culture of exceptional customer service and sales focus.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work for a busy City Centre Law Firm in the Mediation department. The successful applicant will (must have) experience in Mediation/Family Law.
You will be responsible for managing the Administrative aspect of the Mediation Department to include all "satellite" offices. Typing support to the Family Department will be required during busy periods.
Day to day tasks will include:

Invoicing private clients and chasing up outstanding payments ensuring that any due payments are noted in the key date`s diary and on the file.
Typing and dispatch of correspondence and any relevant mediation documents.
Experience Required to be considered for the role:
Secretarial skills and computer literate.
Ability to manage clients who are distressed in a sympathetic and firm manner.
Good organisational skills.
Legal background in Family and/or Mediation
Awareness of the mediation process (Desirable)
Ability to "think on your feet" (Desirable)
