A small family owned Lift Company is currently looking to add a Lift service / callout Engineer to add to the team. They are looking for a qualified lift engineer who has significant experience managing their own route.
You'll need to be capable of carrying out all aspects of service & small repair work to company standards while working under minimum supervision. Equally, you'll be an organised individual who has excellent customer service skills and takes pride in your work.
The Company is offering a basic salary of between £28,000 to £30,000, a company van, phone, uniform and the opportunity to participate in a callout rota.

A family run and successful independent lift Company is looking to employ a service/repair salesperson to achieve ambitious growth plans.
The ideal candidate will need to have had a background in Lift engineering sales as well as technical knowledge of lift/elevator equipment. Ideally you'll have had previous experience within another lift company.

The Company is a growing independent Lift Company who're looking for a Lift Design Engineer to manage engineering and drawing for specific modernisation and installation projects You will be advising on all levels of the construction process, including participation in site surveys. The jobholder will be required to produce construction drawings and construction pack of information.
You will need to have experience in the following: -
- Experience in working with CAD programmes
- In-depth understanding of Lift regulations.
- General engineering experience.
- Experience of working for a lift company or engineering company
- A lift installation background
Skills / abilities and knowledge:
- Ability to provide clear, concise, good quality drawings and a high standard end product.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be fully aware of statutory requirements and industry guidelines regarding health and safety, and inspections.
- Knowledge of 3D design programs.
- Understanding of Project Timelines and deadlines.
You will also need a valid UK Driving licence to travel to various sites and conduct surveys.

To be successful in this role you’ll be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
• Lift surveying experience particularly in modernisations
• Sound technical background – previous field based positions
• Sales experience
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate both sound commercial and technical qualities principally to develop presence in the south east area and achieving fee related goals.
Key responsibilities:
• Issue proposals, site surveys, audits, reports, specifications, tender evaluations, submittal reviews, payment certifications, witness testing.
