Assisting the Recruitment Manager and the business unit as a whole with administrative duties linked to our service delivery to our clients.
• Contract Administration
• Client Liaison
• Dealing with PO Number directly with the client
• Reference checking for new starters
• Termination reviews for finishers
• Setting-up New Starters as requested by the client
• Complete Contractor On-boarding Tasks - requesting/obtaining/chasing all necessary documents from workers (Ltd Certs, ID, References, Client Specific Forms, Qualification Certificates) and keeping up to date records
• Arrange contractor holiday requests with payroll
• Assist with the resolution of Payroll and Invoice queries
• Vacancy advertising for consultants
• Assist with Contractors Periodic Reviews on home pages
• Assist in the coordination of worker travel requests and necessary insurance cover (with International Logistics team)
• Assist the Business Manager in coordinating information required for periodic Supplier Performance Reviews and other requests for information.
Experience/Skills required:
Degree Qualified but not essential.
Demonstrable organisational experience i.e. office management, PA, Account management.
Recruitment / Agency background preferred but not essential.
Strong Communication/Interpersonal Skills both internally and externally
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Ability to organise and prioritise
Proactive, responsible and self motivated.
Ability to work on own initiative and with a team
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office suite.

We are currently actively looking for a Supervisor/Team Leader to work in our finance division.
Ensure that all contractor travel costs are recharged onto the client in an accurate and timely fashion and to keep management up to date on a regular basis.
Duties:
- Control the capture of contractor costs for recharge, from all sources.
- Ensure full documentation backup as per individual client contracts to ensure smooth and correct invoicing.
- Log all costs and monitor and control both data and document flow using spreadsheets.
- Ensure that all records reconcile back to the financial accounts.
- Supervise the Recharge Clerk.
- Ensure regular accurate reporting of the recharge status to relevant stakeholders.
At least AAT qualified or have similar extensive accounting experience.
Good all round accounting knowledge including Purchase Ledger, Sales ledger, Nominal ledger and possibly payroll.

The role will include:
Email Marketing:
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns to candidates and clients that amount to circa 1 million+ emails per month

- Develop mailing list from newly found contacts as well as large internal database
Social Media:
- Become the social voice of the organisation in order to release communications and engage with site users
- Use Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn amongst other tools to increase site traffic from relevant demographics
