PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
a) Implement and maintain claims management systems to facilitate the management of a portfolio of projects. These systems ensure that the Funding Bodies’ regulations (covering procurement, publicity, eligibility of expenditure, and record retention), are met and that robust evidence exists for audit purposes.
b) To collate, coordinate and submit retrospective claims and maintain a fully evidenced claims management system to justify financial and performance returns, ensuring compliance with grant approval conditions. Ensure all items of expenditure allocated to a project comply with the relevant eligibility criteria applicable to that project and adhere to the procedures required by the Client’s Financial Regulations and also to keep pace with funding regulations.
Experience of administration in a European or grant aided project.
Existing understanding of systems and claims management of externally funded projects.
Full driving licence.
Confidence in the use of the Welsh language
