Background
CENIS was founded in 1986 and is a specialist engineering consultancy practice providing clients with specialist engineering services and solutions. The practice consists of some 400 consultants working on a diverse range of projects in a broad range of industries and sectors. Typical projects vary in length between 1 and 3 years.
CENIS has particular expertise in aerospace, automotive, transport and electronics.
There are five offices covering the German market – Munich, Berlin, Stuttgart, Hamburg and Frankfurt.
The client list is wide and includes numerous ‘blue chip’ companies including EADS, Airbus, Rolls-Royce, MTU, Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes / Daimler, Deutsche Bahn, Knorr Bremse, Bosch and Siemens.
Requirement
CENIS has a need to recruit additional engineers to fulfil existing and new projects with ongoing customer relationships. There are some 100 open positions.
Engineers with a variety of skills and levels of experience are sought – the primary focus being on engineers with experience and skills in the aerospace, automotive and transportation sectors.
Some of the applicants must speak fluent German concerning the projects, for other positions they only need English.
There is difficulty filling the open positions from within the German workforce market – hence the decision to look further afield.
