ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out purchase ledger processing
- Enter invoices onto Sage
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Raise sales invoices
- Process petty cash
- Open incoming post
- Operate the switchboard
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Respond to customer / supplier enquiries
- Maintain accurate financial records
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of bank reconciliations
- Knowledge of VAT returns
- Previous experience using Sage (especially Sage Line 50)
- Ideally AAT qualified
- Experience of book-keeping
- Able to use Microsoft Excel

STUDIO TEAM LEADER - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all members of the design team
- Plan, schedule and monitor all design work including estate agent brochures
- Role out implementation of new Macs and in-design software
- Ensure all employees are provided with regular training relevant to their roles
- Ensure effective communication with account managers and production
- Improve monitoring and estimating of studio time and charges
- Scheduling of work
- Minimise department and company reliance on certain staff and skill sets
- Improve department and company understanding of design time and charges
- Ensuring effective use of software to improve efficiency
STUDIO TEAM LEADER - EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience of effective team leadership within busy design studio or agency environments
- Extensive knowledge and experience of creative design
- Expert knowledge in current versions of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator running on Mac platform
- Working knowledge of Quark Xpress
