Job description

Working as a recruitment consultant, you take responsibility for the full recruitment Cycle. You will be sales driven, have strong negotiation and communications skills. You will also need to show a drive to achieve results. Excellent customer service skills coupled with a talent for business development will be essential part of your day. Duties will include:

• Candidate sourcing, selection, interviewing, preparation.

Skills

• Fluency in European language German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch –Essential

Our client, a market leader in financial services industry supplying major corporate companies, is looking for a Customer Services Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:
• Works on multiple strategic client projects simultaneously, executing plans and revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Ensures that upon go live of the project, client users have been educated on processes and tools
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project minimizing our exposure and risk on the project, and ensuring that necessary documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately including hand over to support.
• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively; communicating relevant project information to superiors; delivering engaging, informative, well-organized presentations; resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion; as well as understanding how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Has a good understanding of invoice data requirements and connectivity methods.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change, managing the process of innovative change effectively.

Candidate
• Fluency in English AND German or Italian AND Spanish is a MUST
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Able to articulate complex data requirements over the phone and via email
• A problem solver with a keen eye for detail
• A good technical knowledge – especially Excel
• Knowledge of invoicing or accounting systems would be beneficial

Responsibilities:
To manage the ongoing relationship between company and our Buyer clients once they have been handed over by Programme Management and to maximise transaction volume
• Ensure that the Client relationship is maintained/improved to the effect that contract extension/renewal is not at risk
• Revisit the client’s supplier profile monthly, identifying areas of slippage/opportunity and working with the client to maximise their use of company service
• Work closely with supplier sales and implementation to maximise buyer transaction volume

ROLE
Our client, an international leader in the media industry, is looking for an experienced sales executive to join their London team. The role is essentially telephone based with approximately 70% of your time dealing with outbound selling and new business development and 30% of your time handling inbound calls and processing orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working to goals and tight deadlines.
• Efficiently and effectively make and handle a high volume of calls.
• Make outbound calls in support of marketing and telesales campaigns and promotions. You will be responsible for closing specific sales offers during these calls.
• Analysis of licensing trends.
• Effectively identify new sales opportunities and maintain high level CRM.
• Actively promote other services of the company.
• Mentoring junior sales executives and demonstrating leadership skills offering training or guidance if required.
• Cross sell and up-sell related services.
• A thorough knowledge of all services and features.
