representing a successful Tooling manufacturing company in the Leicestershire vicinity.
We are looking for an experienced Tooling manager/ business development person to
join an expanding team. Previous experience is essential. The successful
candidate will be a self motivated and highly driven individual, who strives
for achievement. They will have an intimate knowledge of Injection Mould
Tooling and a proven track record in the industry, having held a management or
senior sales position for several years. You must possess excellent
communication and computer skills, MS Office proficient and an ability to use a
CAD application (preferably Solidworks) would be an advantage.

This is a business development and sales based role, within
the management position, the general day to day administration being processed
within the group. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing new
markets and strategies to expand the existing business, developing both staff
and technologies to facilitate new and existing market opportunities. You will
be responsible for strategic planning, P & L and any capital investment
required to achieve these targets.
This is an exciting role for the right candidate. The
remuneration package is negotiable depending on experience. A performance
related bonus scheme would be incorporated into the annual package.
