Do you have experience providing specific support to a Technical, Asset, Maintenance, Health & Safety or Compliance team?
Greenacre Recruitment is working alongside a Housing Association in Hertfordshire to source a Support Officer for a full time, 6 month, temporary role.
As the first point of contact for all compliance related enquiries, you will be working on a daily basis with tenants, departmental colleagues and external partners. You will need to have a strong eye for detail and a methodical approach to data capture and interpretation.
Reporting on a monthly basis to senior management, it will be your responsibility to produce all reports including KPI progress and staff / departmental efficiency
Ideally you will have worked in a small department within an RSL being the 'go to' person for all back office support and management information.
The successful candidate will be highly I.T literate with a proven background managing all data pertaining to a department and the work it carries out.
Salary: Upto £11.00 per hour pay as you earn or £13.00 limited
Hours: 37 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Temporary, initially six months

Greenacre Recruitment is currently working on behalf of a Housing Association in Hertfordshire to source a Compliance Manager for a full time, 6 month, temporary role. The position will be part operational but heavily weighted providing strategic direction and delivery. It will also entail line managing a staff team of 4 including 3 engineers and 1 Support Officer.
The Compliance Manager will be an integral part of the Asset Management team, helping to ensure the Association achieves Health & Safety compliance in all areas, including;
* Gas
* Electrical
* Asbestos
* Fire and Water safety
* Legionnaires disease monitoring
* Control of Legionella bacteria in water systems
The Association is about to undergo a compliance review, and recommendation project by an external reviewer. The desired outcome is that it will outline where improvements can be made and recommendations on how to deliver them. The Compliance Managers role will be to help the RSL understand what the objectives are and get the staff team on board to deliver them effectively.
You will need to have an understanding of Gas, Electrical, Asbestos, FRA, Legionella and general Health & Safety (H&S) and be a strong operational manager
Ideally you will have experience of transition albeit a team that has been restructured, are new or are not performing, and have turned them around to deliver strategic plans. You will certainly need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of delivering improvement within compliance
The successful candidate will
* Possess an excellent understanding of Compliance within the social housing sector
* Have previous experience managing a team of engineers
* Ideally be CMIOSH certified
* Must drive and have the use of their own vehicle during the working week
Salary: Upto £22.00 per hour pay as you earn or £28.00 limited
Car Allowance: Mileage allowance, per mile carried out at work
Hours: 37 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Temporary, initially six months
