MAIN PURPOSE
Manage all the new inbound web enquiries from start to finish. Responding to enquiries by telephone in the first instance and following up via telephone and email. Working with the Head of Sales to maximise conversions in the following areas: - Email leads, customer service website enquiries and existing client rate roll offs. Ensuring all leads are recorded and managed by updating the data on a daily basis and following a structured communication strategy.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
All opportunities are correctly captured and managed through in house CRM
Internal owner for lead management from email, customer service website enquiries and the existing client rate roll off programme
Booking appointments for clients with Mortgage Consultants
Prioritisation, distribution and allocation of leads to the Mortgage Consultants in-line with internal process
Chasing of leads via telephone and email
Creating & Posting Rate Roll Off mail shots
Updating internal systems on a daily basis
Feedback into Head of Sales of any potential missed SLAs / missed appointments inline with FSA and TCF
REPORTING
Weekly review of leads, booked appointments, opportunities and outcomes
Daily Opportunity/Lead checker
Correct sourcing codes are applied

The main purpose of the role is to carry out valuations of residential properties including houses and flats as well as development sites and mixed-use properties mainly within Central London and also within the Home Counties, for a range of banks, buildings societies, other lending institutions, developers, private organisations or individuals.
As such the role entails:
Carrying out valuation inspections including taking photographs, assessing construction, period features, surrounding properties, and any other elements relevant to the value of the property or site.
Conducting detailed and thorough research to establish the value of a property or site applying a range of valuation methods and techniques including conducting analyses using relevant on-line databases and indices and obtaining data from local agents.
Analysis and interpretation of comparable evidence.
Conducting relevant searches for the property or site, including, where relevant, planning, council tax, business rate, flood, hazardous material, contamination searches.
Preparing valuation reports and advice to meet client needs and adhering to strict deadlines whilst complying with the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Standards and other relevant standards.
Qualifications required:
