This is a Business Development Management Role with Corporate - Fleet Car Sales Environment Based in Bristol - Working Monday to Friday, £20k Basic Salary, Quality Company Car, OTE £45k

Main Purpose of Job
To oversee the Corporate Sales function within the Dealership. To manage the development of sales to new Corporate and Small Business customers through planned prospecting and marketing programmes within the dealer territory. To ensure the Corporate Department provides high quality customer service to existing customers and to maximise opportunities with these existing accounts. To ensure the Corporate Department complies with and maintains Company policy, standards and procedures relating to quality and customer care within the dealership and brand
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing:
1. Plan and manage a programme of sales activities to achieve organisational objectives. 2. Achieve sales objectives in line with the dealerships as soon as possible . 3. Develop and manage an effective prospecting and follow up system/database. 4. Develop and manage a suitable customer record system. 5. Direct a programme of cold customer telephone calls and visits. 6. Build and maintain rapport with new and existing customers. 7. Manage the investigation of customer requirements and buying potential. 8. Ensure all Corporate Sales staff maintain an effective Sales Presentation. 9. Ensure all Corporate Sales staff have the ability to present and demonstrate our products and services in an effective and professional manner. 10. Oversee the preparation of, and authorise proposals to agree the terms of sale. 11. Oversee negotiation of terms and ensure Corporate Sales staff have the skills to obtain commitment from customers. 12. Produce effective written communications. 13. Produce weekly progress and activity reports.
Department Management
1. To attend Dealership Management meetings to represent the Corporate Sales Department. 2. To prepare regular sales forecasts as required. 3. To assist in preparation of financial plans and budgets for the Corporate Sales Department. 4. To identify and address training needs within the Corporate Sales Department. 5. To manage a programme for Corporate Seed Demonstrator Vehicles.
Customer Service
1. Ensure that our customers receive excellent levels of service from all departments within the dealership. 2. Ensure that Corporate Sales Department help to promote services offered by other departments within the dealership. 3. Identify any difficulties a customer may experience within any department and resolve these. 4. Maintain a friendly and professional manner in all contact with customers. 5. Ensure vehicles are prepared to the highest standards at the time and date agreed for delivery.
