| Founded in 1999 One Step at a Time provides exceptional, professional support to children, young people and vulnerable adults within outreach/semi-indepent and support living accommodation. Our aspiration is that all people should be given the opportunity to deveop the skills required to live not just in the community but as fullfiled members of the community. We strive to enable people to work towards a greater degree of independance through person centred planning and review of individual aspirations and needs. |
