My client is seeking two Workshop Engineers who are able to fault find to a component level on various computer related products. An outline of the role is detailed below. It is essential that applicants have the relevant experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Following company procedures to meet customer requirements Complete test records accurately Highlight and solve problems as they arise during the test stage Identify improvement activities and implement solutions where possible Maintain a clean and efficient work area The main duties of the role are outlined below;- To make sure that all communications are dealt with in a timely and professional manner at all times. To provide a high level of repair to component level. To keep to targets set for testing and repairing. Assist with rework monitoring and training. Ensure that all procedures and rules are followed. To ensure that yourself and all personnel are responsible for the test room health and safety at all times. To ensure that the cleanliness of the test room is kept to the standard required. To ensure that all products leaving the test room are to the standards set / required by the Supervisor Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. KEY ATTRIBUTES You should be qualified in Electronics to a minimum HNC Have good and logical problem solving capability Have good soldering skills Have a strong team ethos Have a flexible approach to the working day to meet customer demands Must be IT literate with a good command of English The hours are Monday to Friday over a 37.5 hourly week. @ @ @
