Job Description
You will be required to assist the Sous Chef producing Modern British Classics. The emphasis on fantastic fresh ingredients sourced locally where possible, a lightness of touch and innovative new marriages of flavour.
In a style of sophisticated contemporary dining.
Full Time on a 5 day rota Mixed shifts.
Required Experience
Creativity and passion is a must. This role will give you the opportunity to shine and work with an exceptionally talented team.
