Monarch Education require a Personal Assistant to work alongside the Headteacher in a Secondary School. Suitable candidate will posses previous experience in a similar role, preferably School experienced. An upfront of £44 needs to be paid at interview stage which will be refunded after 10 days of work.
Duties will include:
Carrying out all duties as Personal Assistant to the Headteacher including co-ordinating the Head's Diary
Ensuring Headteacher is briefed for all meetings with relevant correspondence
Taking minutes of staff meetings as required
Liaise with the Governing Body in arranging Governors meetings
Receive and appropriately deal with all incoming electronic communications to the school's general email
Other duties as and when required.
