About the role

We’re currently expanding our existing Architecture Team to improve our service to the business and ultimately our customers. We’re looking for three Solutions Architects with a specialism in either ERP, CRM or Data Quality, Design & Integration. These roles will work very closely with our Enterprise Development teams to ensure that our technical designs are robust and aligned with our overall strategic architectural blueprint.

Within this role you’ll be ultimately accountable for translating a business plan into credible solution designs, whilst engaging and influencing your key stakeholders to ensure the right solutions are in place. You’ll ensure your solutions are fit for purpose, value for money and fully support our strategy.

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for a deep technical expert in overall solution design with strong experience of application solution architecture design, functionality and data. You’ll have proven experience in designing solutions to meet business needs and ideally a background in software development or system integration. You’ll also be experienced in articulating tangible benefits for solutions, and documenting and presenting solutions.

An understanding of development standards and methodologies in addition to knowledge of architecture methodologies would be highly advantageous. CRM, ERP or data quality, design & integration experience would is also highly desirable.

About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Development Manager to lead our ERP team. Skills and experience

Coming from a Software development background, you'll have a first-class understanding of best practice development tools/methods, and be experienced in the evaluation, development, installation and configuration of new applications, systems, software, products and/or services. You'll have a deep understanding of business and technical integration, interfaces and data conversion, system setup and configuration which will result in accurate planning and estimation.

Your proven ability to shape and lead time-sensitive projects and manage significant resources (both people and financial) will be coupled with excellent communication, relationship management, influencing and presentation skills - including the presentation of technical proposals to senior business and/or IS management.

A self-starter, with excellent organisational skills and disciplined attention to detail, you will also have very clear commercial focus and strong business acumen. You will be able to align deliverables to Sage’s business plans and long-term objectives; manage a diverse set of stakeholders (internal and external); set and achieve stretching objectives; successfully deliver concurrent projects; as well as lead, coach, develop, motivate and inspire a team of technical experts. You will have been operating at a senior level with significant management and leadership experience of diverse teams, and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of delivering Enterprise-wide Information Services in a professional development department.

About the role

Reporting in to the CTO, and heading up the UX group, this is a key role for Sage and by working with our key stakeholders, selling the benefits of UX to other areas of the business, and defining a common objective, you will build and deliver a world class vision for Sage UX across varied range of product sets, disciplines, markets and locations. You will demonstrate a user centric approach and an understanding of how to deliver best practice and innovative user experience for application design.

Skills and experience
Strong leadership and influencing skills will be essential to your success in this role, coupled with a sound commercial understanding of the impact of UX. You will have worked as a UX expert in a large software/solutions business and have a foundation background in UX theory and methodology, e.g., Ergonomics, HCI, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Engineering) and of software development in a commercial software organisation. A deep understanding of the role UX plays in the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and how to influence and guide technical people, Heads of R&D and other stakeholders is a must.

About the role

The key area of responsibility for this role is to lead and motivate a group of team managers and their direct reports. The Sage Pay Customer Services team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It is also important that your team is set up to provide customer communications and make the correct decisions during a system outage.

This role requires an absolute dedication to ensuring our customers receive a breath-taking experience. The operation must provide outstanding support and service, whether through self-help over the web, by email, telephone or even onsite support if required.

Skills and experience

Reporting to the Head of Customer Services you will be an inspirational leader, able to display in-depth commercial awareness and have a thorough grasp of project management principles.

You will have a strong coaching ethos, excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering extraordinary customer experience to your customers.

The role requires someone with previous experience of running a management team in an operational environment. You will enjoy variety, have an exceptional people focus and a track record of delivering change projects.
