DescriptionRegister your CV My client is a dynamic SaaS-based business based in offices in central Camberley and they are now looking for a bright, energetic and professional Client Services Executive/Program Administrator to support one of their largest customers.

Key Accountabilities of the Client Services Executive/Program Administrator:

•In-depth understanding of the functionality and capability of Customer Service tools.
•Liaison with client to ensure client’s needs are met.
• Compile client reports as requested using existing reporting tools available.
•Routes or answers all incoming communication (email, phone, or other) from customers and clients.
•Keeps up-to-date on products available and makes recommendations where relevant
•Is attentive to customer service level agreements
•Acts as the Virtual Administrator for the customer Learning Management System (LMS) by managing User adds/drops/changes for customer, and generally keeping the customer's activity records updated
•Provides expertise, project management and act as second level customer support as outlined in the customer contract.
•Ensure that all inquires and task assignments are responded to correctly, expeditiously and within pre-set deadlines.
•Participate in customer meetings to collect and understand customer business needs around those services provided in the contract.

Skills required of the Client Services Executive/Program Administrator:

•Excellent customer service experience with ability to exercise tact and discretion in customer relationships.
•Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; proactive in short and long-term problem solving.
•Excellent time management and organizational skills; you must be results and deadline oriented.
•Professional manner with strong interpersonal skills; a team player and a relationship builder
•Self-directed work habits, applied with creativity, resourcefulness and a sense of personal responsibility
•Excellent listening skills
•Good knowledge of Windows, eCommerce and Web/Internet platforms. Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook).
•The ability to function in a team-oriented environment as well as support effective partnerships with key groups and individuals on an account.
•Understand and utilize new technologies / systems.
•Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
•Ability and willingness to learn and participate in ongoing education
•The ability to capture and manage client requirements and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience (1+ years) working in a Technical Support function or a Customer Service Centre for an e-business company, Internet Service Provider or software vendor, with experience providing service to both consumers and corporate customers. Some experience with large accounts, national or global implementations is also highly desirable.

My client offers a full benefits package (health, dental, pension and life insurance) as well as a company bonus paid quarterly and free parking. Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Interviews will take place week commencing 20th February with an anticipated start date of 5th March.

They are now looking to grow their recently opened office in central Camberley by recruiting an Account Handler who will be responsible for dealing with incoming enquiries and renewals from Commercial-type customers.

As a Commercial Account Handler you will be looking after all new business enquiries, the majority of which will be from small to medium sized companies. You will also be inviting renewal quotes and following them up to ensure those policies are renewed. Finally you will also be dealing with any policy adjustments for existing customers.

This is primarily an office-based role which will offer the right candidate the opportunity to progress within the business, as my client always favours internal promotion wherever possible.

The successful candidate will have the following:

- Experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Handler is preferred, but someone from an Underwriting background and the right level of customer focus will also be considered

- Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner

- Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic

- A positive attitude with a genuine desire to work hard and be part of a successful team and company

- A high level of attention to detail

- Good at prioritising and time-management

In return you will be offered a salary of between £21k and £24k depending on your experience and performance at interview. My client will sponsor any candidate who does not currently have their Certificate in Insurance (a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification) and employees are also given the opportunity to go on to study for their Diploma.
