To £62K Including Car Allowance + Pension + BUPA + 25 days leave + CPD + Bonus Due to the approaching retirement of one of the current Electrical Associates we are currently looking for a degree qualified Principal Electrical Design Engineer. As one of the UK’s oldest and largest, privately owned buildings services firm they have experienced a period of solid growth for the past three years and are looking to continue to further develop their London office. Role: •Take full responsibility for the technical and financial success of either single or multidiscipline projects. •Support the Partners and Senior Associates to deliver successful, appropriate technical solutions that meet all of the client requirements. •Build relationships with existing clients, contractors and developers •Plan and programme time allocation for the successful completion of the project •Advise of any contractual changes requested by the client and agree a way forward. •Assist in concept, scheme and detailed design •Identify and implement t on-going CPD and personal development for your team •Monitor and report on deliverables to senior directors •Maintain effective and regular communication with all members of the design team to ensure effective project control and communication. •Ensure strict Quality Assurance and also carry out checks in accordance with quality plan •Check and report on quality of work of more junior staff working on project. •Complete risk assessments at each stage of the project •Pursue networking opportunities, attend relevant functions as required Due to the nature and demands of the role it is likely that the individual will have at least eight years’ experience in a similar role, be able to lead and develop a team and be able to design, project manage and deliver £50M+ projects independently.

With a network of 150 offices and a global workforce of over 10,000 staff, they are widely regarded as one of leading engineering and infrastructure firms and can offer diversity of projects, stability, security and the chance of overseas secondments. With a record order book full of commercial, high rise residential, rail, healthcare and stadia projects; they have identified the need to appoint two additional senior PH Engineers for their London office to work closely with the PH Director and Director of MEP. Working in a stylish, modern and spacious office located in the heart of the city of London you will enjoy working in a unified, professional and stable team and the opportunity of running your own projects from feasibility through to handover. The Senior Public Health Engineer will have a minimum of five years experience in a design role, be able to design all aspects of above & below ground drainage systems and hot and cold water services and ideally should be familiar with both BREEAM and LEED guidelines. This role will appeal to a client facing and career motivated Senior PH Engineer who is looking for the opportunity of working on major projects, a quick promotion to Associate and extensive autonomy. The ideal Senior or Lead PH Engineer will have a minimum of 6 years’ experience, be able to design most aspects of water services such as hot and cold water systems, grey and rain water harvesting systems, above ground foul/waste water design, fire protection systems, pumped drainage systems, solar thermal hot water systems, boosted cold water distribution and also have a good understanding of MEP services, coordination and ideally both CIBSE and ASHRAE standards.
A leading medium sized global building services consultancy that now employ over 300 staff are urgently looking for a client facing Junior Mechanical Design Engineer for their west London office. Working under the support of a Principal or Senior Engineer you will be responsible for assisting on project work, taking delegated responsibility for the preparation of engineering designs for Mechanical (HVAC) installations and assisting with pipe sizing, duct sizing and plant sizing. In order to be considered, the Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer must be have achieved a minimum of a 2.1 in a relevant course such as building services, mechanical engineering, energy or architectural environmental engineering, have a working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit MEP and Hevacomp or IES and already have gained at least 12 months experience.
