As an Insolvency Administrator or Senior Administrator, your job will be very varied dealing with all sorts of issues to support our clients. Such as: * Talking through the options with clients to help them manage their debts, getting details from creditors, and setting up proposals to agree how debts may be paid or to consider a reconstruction of the business to aid it's survival. * Helping to realise assets such as property, vehicles, plant & machinery etc * Liaison with courts, solicitors, land agents, auctioneers, insurers, estate agents etc. * Occasionally assisting in arranging redundancies, and communicating with staff whose firms have gone into an insolvency procedure . * A range of other administrative activities to ensure that cases are handled legally, swiftly and sympathetically. Our work is heavily governed by regulation and you will be working as part of a team where you will learn about the proper procedures to assist with corporate recovery and insolvency. The ideal candidate You will have experience of working in corporate insolvency, ideally with some personal insolvency experience as well. Experience of interviewing debtors and prospective I.V.As, drafting proposals, meeting Directors, producing statements of affairs and reporting to creditors would be highly desirable.
You will be level headed and mature, able to deal with people in stressful situations and comfortable working in a highly regulated role where you can also exercise discretion. The ability to respond quickly and work under pressure whilst remaining calm and helpful is essential.
You will be confident on the telephone, highly organised and efficient, able to prioritise, systematic and methodical, and able to meet deadlines. Qualifications:
Ideally you will be CPI qualified or studying towards JIEB and qualified or part qualified in AAT, ACCA or ACA, although consideration will be given to candidates who have relevant experience and are willing to undertake training.

Hours are Mon - Fri 8-5 with 1 in 3 Saturdays working 8:30-1. The dealership is very easily accessible and applicants should be encouraged from the Exeter or Taunton areas as well as of course Wellington.

Building Society - Monday to Friday
. Open new accounts, process customer account transactions and handle money transfers. . Ensure all client accounts paperwork are stored and filed to provide easy access and retrieval, when required.
. Open & distribute mail, sort and stamp all outgoing mail and post to mailbox. . Assist with updating and maintaining the offices filing system. . Order and control office supplies (stationery, refreshments, etc) . 1. Deal with all telephone enquiries at switchboard promptly, courteously and efficiently, and re-direct appropriately by establishing the nature of the call.
