Purchasing Administrator - 8 month maternity contract
We have a vacancy for a Purchasing Administrator to cover maternity leave, with a very successful Poole manufacturing company.
The Purchasing Administrator will be part of a busy team, reporting to the Purchasing Manager and assisting the Buying Team in providing an efficient and timely supply of goods and services to the business. Will be Purchase Order processing and management of supply terms and pricing and resolving day to day supplier queries. The role will also incorporate weekly progress chasing reports, communicate demand scheduling information to suppliers and ad hoc duties as required.
The successful Purchasing Administrator will ideally have previous purchasing administration experience in a manufacturing environment, excellent excel skills and able to communicate well at all levels.
