Leading Lloyd's broking house is keen to add a Property Risk Consultant to its dedicated and experienced team. Providing expert Risk evaluation and Consultancy services to its clients this role can operate out of ANY of its offices across the UK. Servicing a multitude of Industries your consultancy services will include the provision or property valuation reports covering both building and contents. The successful candidate will have current experience in undertaking property audits, including fire protection, security and business interruption issues. An existing knowledge of health and safety regulation and issues would be an advantage, as would other technical risk/fire consulting experience. Duties: * Review clients' sites and operations to identify and analyse risks to assets and revenue * Prepare concise and clear reports, both to describe the risk to insurers and to assist clients with risk improvement. Also prepare valuation reports * Provide risk management advice and consultancy, in the fields of asset protection, fire engineering, security, risk management standards and training * Work with clients and colleagues to develop new and expanded business opportunities * Work with colleagues to develop new consulting services and products Specialist skills and Knowledge: * RICS buildings and equipment valuation * Risk management / technical report writing * Consulting skills * Health and safety legislation * Security * Business continuity - Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
