Responsible for driving forward 5s standards for tidiness and work area layout are maintained at all times and that improvements are acted upon and progressed. Plan manning levels based on volumes and ensure production output levels are in line with budgeted payroll costs (cost per unit). Interrogate data to formulate action plans to prepare, review and maintain site performance KPI’s and provide reports as required by business. Ensure team 121’s are completed on a monthly basis and reviewed in line with Company standards. Responsible and accountable for management of on-site maintenance team in absence of Maintenance management.
