Reporting to the Depot Manager, the successful individual will ensure the LGV resource is operationally compliant and fully aligned with our HSEQ requirements. The role will have responsibility for decision-making affecting distribution efficiency through minimising the impact of any changes to original schedules and communicating these with the relevant personnel. P2P Process Owner - Field-based – 12 Month FTC – Immediate start As part of the current Finance Project we are currently seeking a Purchase to Pay Process Owner to join us on a fixed-term contract basis. Forming part of the Purchase to Pay Team you will work closely with the Purchase to Pay Lead and will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and training of new Users on Site, for this new system within Purchasing. This exciting role within one of the major DS Smith Project Teams is unique, providing the successful candidate with the chance to attend multiple DS Smith sites each week. You will be one of the key contacts in relation to the new system implementation of SAP across the Business and you will be responsible for ensuring all users are fully understanding and confident in this new implementation following the successful ‘Go Live’ of the P2P system. You will be one of the main points of contact for training the Sites and it’s Users and as such, you must be a highly confident person, with the ability to travel to all of the DS Smith Sites across the UK.
