This position requires proven hand on experience of all aspects of HR including working with line managers on recruitment programmes, advice and support on employee relations. Ideally the person appointed will be able to demonstrate experience of working with union personnel and TUPE processes. A recognised qualification, CPP or CIPD, or similar is desirable. Reporting to the HR Manager you will expect to be involved in additional project work such as job / pay scales evaluations, and employment workshops.
With a recognised financial qualifications, in this role you will be managing the overall financial management for the organisation but also will be fully involved in the commercial business development of the company.
