Travel Specialist - Luxury Cycling Tours

The Role:
To act as the primary point of contact for all Travel customers especially those speaking English, French and Italian. Providing exemplary customer service in a polite and professional manner, through email or telephone channels. You will work closely with (and at times negotiate with) our chosen supply partners, including hotels, airlines, restaurants and other transport and logistics providers.
