Username and Password Problems
If you're having problems logging in to your account please see our advice below:
Spaces
A common mistake occurs when you copy and paste your username and passwords across from your activation email. Double check you haven't accidently copied any extra spaces over with your username or password. Our system registers a space as an extra character and can block you from entering the site. Try typing in your username and password and this should resolve the issue.
Caps Lock
Your username and password are case sensitive so please ensure you enter the exact characters that are sent to you in your activation email.
Correct Login Area
Double check you are entering your details in the client login area not the candidate one. Make sure when logging in you select Recruiter Access & Vacancy Posting.
Individual Usernames
Make sure you enter the unique username sent to you in your activation email; don't presume your username is necessarily your individual email address.
User Issues
Below are some common errors that can occur when entering your email address to start your session:
“Email address supplied is already in session”
This warning message means that the email address you've entered has already been used today and cannot be used again by another person. If you need more user licenses then please contact your Account Manager directly. If no one else should have access to your email address please contact your Client Response Coordinator for more help.
“There are already too many sessions logged in for this account”
This means that in your current package, you are only allowed a certain amount of users to access the account at one time. You can add extra users by contacting your Account Manager directly.
“Email address is not a permitted user for this account”
This means that only specific email addresses are allowed to use the site. This would have been agreed with the main contact that purchased the account. You can add further email addresses by contacting your Account Manager directly.
“You are not allowed to login from your current location”
Depending on the package bought, only certain locations may be able to access the account. If you would like to add another location/branch onto the account you can contact your Account Manager directly. If you are in the right location but you're still experience problems please call your Client Response Coordinator to discuss this further.
