Thursday 12th June 2008 Business park generates jobs in administration

Hundreds of administration jobs will be created following the approval of a business park development, Property Executive magazine has reported.
Around 900 jobs in administration will be made available after Gladman Developments received planning approval to build a business park on an old quarry site to the north of Stirling.
Susan Pegg, development manager at Gladman Developments, told Property Executive: "Dunblane Business Park will be a rare opportunity for business owners and investors to acquire smaller office units in the Stirling area. There is little speculative accommodation, available for lease or purchase."
Known as Dunblane Business Park, the development will comprise of hundreds of new offices which should be ready by spring 2009.
"The location of Dunblane Business Park means that office workers do not need to travel into the city of Stirling to find purpose-built, high grade offices, with the highly accessible setting and the fine retail facilities of Dunblane a real added benefit," Ms Pegg told the magazine.
Gladman Developments are also working on development projects in Aberdeen and Berwick.
