Monday 30th June 2008 Retail jobs created in Yeovil

People looking for retail jobs in Yeovil will be buoyed by the news that a new electrical store is opening up in the town.
Up to 12 jobs in retail will become available when Comet flings open the doors to the new two-storey branch.
As well as full-time employment, part-time roles for those looking for jobs in retail will also be created, according to the store manager.
Speaking to the Yeovil Express, Jeff Goodby said: "Comet prides itself on giving great advice and we're looking for colleagues who are as passionate as we are about customer service."
He encouraged local people considering applying for jobs in retail to contact the store to "learn more about the varied opportunities available".
Somerset-based Yeovil is popular with businesses with some of the best known firms to have come from the town including helicopter manufacturer AgustaWestland and Normalair Garratt, builder of aircraft oxygen systems.
