Thursday 3rd July 2008 Office development will create administration jobs

Over a hundred jobs in administration will be made available in Crewe after a historic farm was converted into an office development, reports the Sentinel.
Up to 150 administration jobs are set to be generated after developer Maple Grove Developments recently transformed farm buildings at Crewe Hall Farm into high quality office space.
Development director Andy Lakin told the Sentinel: "We started work on this before the credit crunch, but we are confident people are going to want to take them because of the environment they are in."
Jobs in administration are likely to be available at creative companies such as advertisers and architects.
Speaking to the Sentinel, John Dunning, chief executive of South Cheshire Chamber Of Commerce, said: "The quality of the development is first class and it is a different office environment to anything else that we have in Crewe."
Crewe Hall Farm has Grade II-listed buildings and is owned by the Duchy of Lancaster.
