Thursday 31st July 2008 Motorway development will bring administration jobs to Nottinghamshire

Hundreds of jobs in administration will be created in Mansfield when a new development is built on the A38 motorway, the Mansfield Chad has reported.
Castle Square Developments has spent £18 million on the new King's Mill Park development that incorporates a number of offices which will bring jobs in administration to the region.
Chartered surveyor Stephen Bradford told the Chad: "The scheme has proved extremely popular and we are sure it is down to its location just off the A38, bringing both the Mansfield and Ashfield districts together with the easy access on to Junction 28 of the M1."
King's Mill Park is already attracting businesses to the site while the development will also include restaurants, a hotel and industrial and healthcare units.
Speaking to the Chad, council leader Jason Zadrozny, said: "King's Mill Park is yet another vitally important strategic employment site which is being developed along the A38 in Ashfield."
Work will start on King's Mill Park in the next few weeks although a completion date has yet to be confirmed.
