Friday 15th August 2008 Sales jobs - Sales jobs created by call centre

Hundreds of jobs in sales will be made available by a call centre in the north east after it announced expansion plans, the Journal has reported.
The Respondez call centre in Hartlepool aims to recruit up to 400 new jobs in sales in the next 18 months by signing up new clients and is currently looking to employ 100 people in sales jobs.
Sue Marshall, sales and marketing director at Respondez, told the Journal: "We have capacity to grow to 300 on the site we are on now, and our masterplan is to get to 500 staff."
It would be an advantage for potential candidates to have a foreign language skill as Respondez deals with clients from around the world.
"The pipeline we have, the way we are working, we should reach that the people at a management level are very experienced, so we are very credible with the people we are talking to," Ms Marshall told the newspaper.
Respondez's sales jobs employees have recently been responsible for supporting the new Grand Theft Auto game.
