We are looking for applicants with solid experience as Senior CDP or Sous Chef and running all aspects of a very busy fresh food kitchen operation. Of particular importance is skill working with butchery, fresh stocks and sauces. Everything will be freshly made on site including breads so an excellent all-round knowledge of all aspects of cooking is essential...
