We are looking for a Hostel Manager at YHA Port Eynon to effectively manage all aspects of the Hostel, which includes customer service, maximisation of profits, control of expenditure, development of all employees and volunteers and fostering positive working relationships at the hostel and organisational level.

Having lived in nearby Abergavenny, we know this restaurant, with rooms built around a 17th Century Coaching Inn and its owners intimately and as such can highly recommend this position to any Sous Chef that likes to cook with Seasonal local produce. There are only 60 covers plus a private dining room, so the new Sous Chef will not find it difficult to maintain their long standing 2AA Rosettes.
