The main duties of the role are as follows:
Maintain property portfolio and schedules of work
Liaise with utility companies
Prepare monthly and quarterly utility charges
instruct/monitor void property inspections
Tender and instruct EPC's and maintain register on schedule
To provide a customer service call logging system and escalate faults immediately
Liaise with Regional Facilities Managers and report defects on properties
Prepare initial draft of the service charge budgets in excel format
