Managing up to 500 properties this role solely involves managing all accounts and administration work for a large portfolio of properties.
*Input and process all rent invoices
*Process all service charge demands
*Query service charge expenditure
*Query service charge budgets
*Chase landlords for invoices
*Ensure all invoices are paid to strict deadlines
*Keep organised files of all insurance and service charges
A new opportunity for a commercial property claims handler to further their career within a leading Insurance Broking Group.
Working within a claims team of 5 you will be acting on behalf of clients to ensure a prompt settlement of their property claims. This is very much a service orientated role incorporating constant liaison with Clients, Insurance Companies and other interested parties. You will me managing the claim from inception to settlement, but will not have delegated settlement authority.
