My client based in Peterlee is recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator. This is initially a maternity cover contract for 9-12 months however may become permanent.
* Raising, confirming and expediting purchase orders as instructed by Purchasing Manager
* Ensure on time delivery in full of all purchase orders
* Liaise with all internal departments to resolve day to day queries relating to stock availability and update any changes in delivery dates
* Raise and follow up supplier non-conformance reports to completion

Required to cover long term sick providing assistance to the buyers covering all aspects of the purchasing function.
