We are currently recruiting for a Systems Operator to join our busy European IT team based at our European Head Office in Erdington, Birmingham.
About the role
As a Systems Operator you'll play a key part in ensuring our IT operation runs smoothly, addressing and resolving IT systems issues as they arise including; production, network scheduling and operational conflicts. You'll use your knowledge of Backup Exec and Netbackup to provide back-ups of our company databases ensuring security procedures are enforced. You'll also assist in providing helpdesk and technical support as and when required.
