Below is an example of what your status would look like on LinkedIn. Anyone who clicks on the link will be redirected back to CV-Library to view the full vacancy listing.

Where does the job advert appear on LinkedIn?

The vacancy will appear as a status update with a link to the full job description on CV-Library.

Could I automatically post all of my job adverts?

Yes, with a CV-Library account, you can now opt to post all future job adverts automatically. This option is available once you have configured your LinkedIn account to CV-Library. Alternatively, you can also choose to post individual jobs on LinkedIn.

Does this mean CV-Library would have access to my LinkedIn password?

No. Your LinkedIn account is still secure and CV-Library won't have access to your password or login details. LinkedIn will simply acknowledge that you have granted CV-Library permission to post jobs as a status update as and when you choose to.

Why can't I see my jobs on my LinkedIn profile?

Make sure you are on 'View Profile' not 'Edit Profile' and then you will be able to view your status updates. Your job adverts will appear on your LinkedIn profile as a status update.

Can I share jobs on a colleague's LinkedIn profile?

You can only share jobs on the LinkedIn account you will have configured to CV-Library. Other colleagues can log in to CV-Library and configure their own accounts but it would be unfair to post the same job on hundreds of LinkedIn accounts.

Will I be able to cancel my LinkedIn connection to CV-Library?

Yes, absolutely! Once you have registered with us, you can sign in to your CV-Library account and modify or delete your configuration with LinkedIn whenever you would like. You can then re-add the account at any time.

Will I be able to share my jobs on Twitter and Facebook as well?
