CV-Library is launching its first ever TV campaign in the New Year; attracting even more quality candidates to our database.

The campaign will run for 11 weeks from Monday 9th January, 2012. The 30 second advert will be aired over 1,500 times on over 14 premium digital channels. In order to engage with professional, quality candidates the commercial is heavily weighted to peak times, particularly early morning and evening slots.

"The smart and easy way to find your next job online" - This is the strap line used at the end of the commercial and it summarises what CV-Library want to express in their advert.

This job board advert contains no hidden messages, instead it is designed to show candidates how quick and easy it is to apply to jobs online. It is a direct response style advert which hopes to drive candidates directly to the site.

The audience are guided through the advert by our wise owl character. The owl demonstrates how easy it is to upload your CV, search for jobs and apply with just one click. For continuity purposes you will find the owl through the CV-Library site following the TV campaign.

Marketing

The launch of the TV campaign is fantastic news for CV-Library. Not only do we hope to attract new candidates but we want to re-engage with existing jobseekers and demonstrate to them how easy it is to use our service. The advert will not only be broadcast on TV but through the website, social media platforms and YouTube.

Further to this, the commercial aims to support our current clients' recruitment campaigns with more candidates joining the database and improved brand awareness.

2012 will be a strong year for CV-Library in terms of offline marketing. Following the launch of our TV campaign we plan to build more trust in the brand and engage with candidates throughout the UK with alternative offline campaigns.

TV Audience

We've focussed on an ABC1 demographic in order to engage with the quality, sometimes harder to reach, candidates. As a general job board it's important that we attract jobseekers from all sectors. The advert demonstrates not only how a job board works but that we have live job vacancies in all sectors and recruiters looking for candidates from all backgrounds.

Radio Advertising

In 2011 our first radio campaign was launched on local station Kestrel FM. We plan to continue advertising on the radio to reach more jobseekers and support local recruitment campaigns.
