Description Die to continued success my client, an award winning pensions specialist, seeks 2 sales support administrators to work in a busy and successful team.
The role will involve supporting and being the main contact for registered IFA's and assisting them with any enquiries they may have regarding retirement products. As a key point of contact it will be your job to identify the needs of various IFA's, spot potential new business and ensure that the needs of the IFA are met in a consistent and timely manner. In order to achieve the above you will be expected to develop a good awareness of the product range and raise it's awareness to IFA's throughout the country.
Applicants will ideally come from a background where the telephone is a major tool used to deal with clients and where every call is dealt with individually and professionally. You will have a strong desire to succeed and provide excellent customer service as well as looking out for sales opportunities.
