Description		Exchange Street has been retained by a firm with a long-standing presence in the financial services industry, especially in its local area of North Manchester. Since being established the organisation has continued to grow in all areas of its business, with the firm's fee earners currently writing exceptional levels of business. To aid this growth the firm have always looked to acquisition to support organic expansion and they are currently in the process of formalising a deal that will net them both an existing client bank as well as access to another general insurance brokerage. To that end they now require a minimum of one adviser to cope with demand, with it likely that two are required longer term. It is therefore vital that applicants have either a track record or an ability to develop business from introducers, with the clients dealt with likely to be more towards the affluent/HNW end of the market. In conjunction with this first class relationship management skills, alongside a strong work ethic, are required to make sure that the clients brought on board are retained. However what is clear is that this role provides what very few firms can provide at this minute, access to affluent clients. To be considered candidates must have the FPC as a minimum but are more likely to have attained at least part AFPC in line with the progression made by other advisers. They must also have a demonstrable track record of success in the industry, preferably on an independent basis. What is on offer is a chance to make a huge impact with a firm that is established, profitable and growing. Whilst financially robust, the firm are still relatively small enabling rapid progression for the right individual. Packages are flexible to suit the individual, although are likely to be on an employed basis. It is unusual at present for regional practices to fully support their advisers; this is not only with clients but also technical support as the organisation has one of the most established administration teams in the region.
