My client requires a strong candidate with a proven leadership track record in a contact centre style environment. You will provide expert service to customers, support and advice to colleagues. This is a new area and presents an exciting opportunity to nurture and grow your team in order to achieve excellent customer service standards.
You must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, have the ability to deliver results, and lead and inspire others.
