Description A major banking institution currently requires team leaders for new positions in their award winning business support and processing centre in Cheshire. Applicants should come from an operational / team leader role ideally in a contact centre environment where they have delivered exceptional sales and customer service through their teams and in the role themselves. In this role you will be responsible for a team of approx 12 people, ensuring that they are providing optimum sales and service to customers and that they are carrying out processes in tight time scales while remaining fully compliant. You should bring to the role experience of leading at least 6 people, driving a team, 1:1 and team coaching and performance development. This role will pay a basic salary of up to £22k plus excellent bonuses and benefits.
