Description Sureterm Direct Ltd are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic, forward-thinking company.

Responsibilities will include and not be limited to the following:
• Reporting directly to the Head of Finance.
• Preparation of Monthly Payroll, including calculating bonuses and overtime.
• Monthly reconciliation of insurer accounts
• Preparation and submitting of Payroll year end documentation to the Inland Revenue, including P11d’s
• Coordination of month end & year end activities which includes accruals & prepayment accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, P&L review.
• Processing our clients Direct Debits
• Responsible for purchase and sales ledger.

Candidates for this position will need:
• Previous experience at this level is essential,
• Flexible ‘can-do’ attitude.
• An analytical mind, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience of Sage Line 50
• Immaculate written and verbal communication skills are a must!
• Ideally from the Financial Services or Insurance sector but this is not essential.
