Description Our client, a FTSE 100 Telecoms company based in Berkshire requires an Employee Relations Consultant to provide support and guidance to line managers on all operational employee relations issues specifically disciplinary, grievance, attendance and long term sick, security and fraud.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively managing these cases in conjunction with line managers
- Handling complex employee relations issues

The ideal candidate will have strong Employee Relations consultancy experience with up to date knowledge of Employee Relations best practice and legislation. Previous experience of mentoring and coaching line managers in performance management, dismissals and disciplinary is essential.
