Description		My client is one of the most recognised High Street banks in the UK. Their reputation for delivering outstanding service coupled with facilities of constant progression make them an extremely rewarding employer. This will be a branch based role where your duties will include: - Interview customers on a face to face basis regarding their mortgage needs. - Completing mortgage fact finds - Assessing individual customer credit history - Collating all information then advising on the figure the customer can borrow - Advising on the suitable mortgage product from my Clients range - Cross selling insurance & protection products As you will be a branch based advisor, appointments and leads will be generated through the branch staff. Another part of your role will include coaching and training these staff member to make sure the levels of appointments and leads stays constant. This can include incentives and competitions, run by yourself and the Branch Manager The ideal candidate with be offered a competitive basic salary of between �23000 to �26000, including generous holiday entitlement and company benefits package.
