Description Job Summary:

The Account Executive is the primary point of contact between the company and its market place.

The purpose of this role is to generate news sales by contacting both existing customers and potential new customers, actively selling the company¡¦s portfolio of products in accordance to the sales plan

The Account Executive is responsible for achieving an agreed monthly sales target through day-to-day telesales activity.

To succeed in this role, the Account Executive must maintain and develop new business with existing customers and increase sales by opening effective new accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Sales
„X Agree targets and objectives with the S.A.M./UK Sales Director and ensure that they are met.
„X Daily tactical management of the allocated accounts.
„X Prospect and develop new sales accounts in allocated territories.
„X Development of a strong relationship with all existing customers, together with promoting the company wherever possible through:
„X A high level of professional selling and customer service
„X Effective credit management and the quick resolution of credit issues
„X Rectifying customer problems to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the company.
„X Develop a thorough working knowledge of all products.
„X Develop a thorough working knowledge the market place.
„X Attendance of product, operations, administration and sales training.
„X Continued use of all administration and sales systems including:
„X The customer database
„X The sales reporting system
„X The forecasting schedule
„X Attending key meetings and events as required.
„X Proposals and presentations.
„X Establish and conduct a systematic and economical call cycle for all contacts on the customer database.
„X Apply a consistent level of thought and effort into daily sales activities.

General
„X Daily, weekly and monthly team forecasting.
„X Weekly and monthly tactical meetings with the S.A.M./Sales Director.
„X Attendance and active contribution at all sales meetings.
„X Interacting with other company personnel, outside suppliers and customers as necessary.
„X Ensuring that all key transactions and communications are recorded and processed accurately.

Job Requirements/Education/Certifications:

„X Strong interpersonal skills.
„X Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).
„X Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills.
„X Knowledge of general office equipment, PCs and software applications.
„X Proven ability to aim and reach the highest standards.

„X Proficient at planning and time management.
