Description		Senior Credit Controller Cambridge, UK Abcam is a rapidly growing business, specialising in the production and sale of antibodies and related products. We are a web-based business, with offices in Cambridge, UK, Cambridge, USA and Tokyo, Japan. Due to our continuing growth a vacancy has arisen in our Sales Ledger Department for a Senior Credit Controller. You will assist the credit control team to maintain the overdue accounts to an acceptable level. This will involve contacting international and European customers via email, telephone and written correspondence to secure payment of overdue accounts. You will also assist the Sales Ledger Supervisor in maintaining the 90 & 120 day column of the aged debt and subsequent reporting. A flexible approach is necessary, as you will be required to cover for absences; both scheduled and unscheduled. The successful applicant for Senior Credit Controller will have: -Previous credit control experience -Excellent communication and negotiation skills, together with the ability to work to tight deadlines -It is essential that you have an intermediate level of Excel and be skilled in the use of other MS Office applications -European languages would be beneficial but are not essential This is an excellent opportunity for a credit controller looking for their next step into a professional, friendly and dynamic environment. Salary: �17000 - �18000 dependant on experience plus an attractive flexible benefits package which includes a profit-share scheme and share options.
