Description		We are working on behalf of a leading provider of financial services to clients, they are looking to recruit experienced Implementation Managers who will be integral in putting in place new systems for newly acquired client contracts, working closely to Client Managers and Operations team. They can offer a superb working environment, with extensive process development already in place alongside market leading technology. Your role will be to manage the smooth hand over from clients and establish effective procedures within the team, for the efficient administration of the work. You will be setting up new systems and liaising with clients regarding their needs and the procedures that will suit their business best and be liaising with your IT department to put these into place. After implementation you will constantly review and meet with clients to gain any feedback and make amendments to procedures as necessary and produce documentation. You should be ideally APMI qualified or equivalent and have experience within new business implementation with a keen focus to delivering highest standards of customer service.
