Your role in the company�s success will be to ensure that good client relationships are maintained and bring in new clientele. The company offers a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Client manager you will be meeting with clients and possible customers to ensure that their needs are met and to establish new ways the company can help the businesses, by taking over some of their documentation requirements. You will be taking feedback from the clients back to the team and make improvements based on this and your own suggestions to increase the efficiency and maintain high quality standards of work. Using your excellent persuasion, communication and relationship skills you will work to increase the presence and awareness of the company to attract new business, meeting with potential clients and spreading the word of benefits of using a consultancy, can have. To be successful you should have the above skills and abilities as well as a sound knowledge and experience of pensions and benefits administration and technical expertise, having worked in a client facing role with a professional and proactive approach to work and business needs.
